This means we are on a provider panel for the insurance and are generally familiar with the insurance benefits and billing procedures. We will bill your insurance directly for covered services and materials, and you will be responsible for applicable co payments and deductibles. If your insurance denies payment for any reason, it will be your responsibility to take care of the bill. We will do our best to help you determine your benefit ahead of time, so that you can make an informed decision about any discretionary purchases. If you have insurance through another carrier, we ask that you pay us. We will submit the necessary paperwork for you to be reimbursed directly from your carrier. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discover along with cash and personal checks.
