  3. Vision Consultation for:
    1. CDLs
    2. Pilot's licenses
    3. Pre and Post- Op LASIK and other refractive surgeries
    4. Industrial vision issues
    5. Nursing home issues
    6. Ocular disease treatment (to the extent allowed by NH law)

  4. Coordination of Care:
    1. With PCP/ specialists for ocular disease associated with systemic conditions
    2. With general and sub specialty ophthalmology for cataract, retina, cornea, glaucoma and other eye diseases
    3. For partially sighted/ blind with the NH Association for the Blind, in Concord

  5. Convenient hours for appointments
    1. Walk-ins if available
    2. Emergencies always accommodated
    3. No appointment needed for dispensing glasses, shopping for glasses , adjustments and repairs
    4. If you must change or cancel an appointment, please give us 24-hours notice

  7. If you have insurance through another carrier, we ask that you pay us. We will submit the necessary paperwork for you to be reimbursed directly from your carrier.
